Here, you'll find artists' studios and galleries, as well as amphitheaters and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. If you're lucky, you might be able to catch some live performances or a festival at the Esther Short Park while in Vancouver.

Given its location, Vancouver is the perfect home base for anyone looking to enjoy the great outdoors. From water sports in the summer to snow sports in the winter, Vancouver is a haven for outdoors sports lovers, and it's one of the reasons why I fell in love with Vancouver almost immediately, and it's certainly one of the reasons I hope to return in the future.
