Travelscape, LLC and its corporate affiliate EAN.com LP - When Travelscape is listed in the “Need to Know” section of our Services as the supplier for a particular reservation, and you choose to book the reservation, you acknowledge that Travelscape and/or EAN.com LP, is acting as the travel agent for your reservation and may need such personal information as is necessary to facilitate the booking and provide after booking support.
Other users - If you choose to include personal information (such as your email address, photo or other details) in your public profile, this may be viewed by others who use our Services. If you choose to participate in a discussion forum, your IP address may be shared with forum moderators. Sometimes information you choose to share will be available to other users and in some cases may be publicly available (for example, where you share personal information as part of a review, photo submission or similar).
Our marketing and sales partners - We share your personal information with our marketing and sales partners, who help us manage our advertising, and enable us to send you information about products and services you may be interested in.
