Staff and service was horrible but the the property and the rooms were well kept super clean and very fun. Especially check in was chaos and staff was not helpful or efficient.!

Beautiful tropical setting and family friendly location with swimming options at the bay and the pools. The kids loved watching the sea life at the on site bar and grill. We will definitely be returning soon!

Place was horrible room was full of ants bit us up as we slept dirty showers dirty room no body wash or soap on the bottles … hard pass won’t do this again .. hotel wouldn’t comp or do anything to make it right
