Russell at the front desk was awesome! Greeted me Greta from the moment I walked in. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were all attentive and helpful! Great place to stay whenever on south beach!

The worst tried to charge random fees while I was sleeping which were over the amount I paid for the reservation , when I refused to pay it they threatened to kick me out !! It’s illegal what they are doing to ppl and running a scam!!
