I love it here! staff is welcoming and accommodating. I could smell house clean the room was as soon as I walked in. My stay was peaceful and it’s located in a great area where I can walk to many attractions. This is where I’ll be staying every time I visit DC.

Getting rough around the edges. Had to call for housekeeping both days and then wait. Refrigerator was set at a ridiculously high level or did not work. You can tell when a property is beginning to fail, and this is the feeling here.
