perfect location for visiting my son in the east village .. small but well organized efficient rooms - cozy bed - def preferred my stay on the backside of the hotel vs the noise level on front of building

Gave me a room where the HVAC didn’t work. Said I should just open the window which is across the street from a nightclub. Said no to move me too. I had to ask them to move me to a different hotel. Refuse to give me a discount still trying to get credit for the original hotel. Nightmare.
