Awesome front desk staff and Ceaser was our waffle chef every morning- everyone was awesome. The location was excellent. Our room was comfortable and we rarely had to wait long for the elevator.

Yes, it could use an upgrade, but for the price it was great. Clean, roomy enough, mini fridge, free bottled water, breakfast, etc. Not the most salubrious part of town but close to the Port Authority bus terminal and subways.

The hotel is very outdated making it feel unclean. It is small and the walls are very thin. The elevator was finicky and we had to descend 20 flights of stairs with our suitcases because it was out of order. Location not worth the sketchiness of this place. Don’t do it!
