Check in was very easy and the room was terrific by NYC standards. Recently renovated, very clean.

Great location. Free water/seltzer on tap in the lounge as well as free coffee/tea. Only one tiny elevator and 12 floors so that’s a bit of a challenge , especially if you have a stroller, need a wheelchair etc etc.
