Overall, the hotel was fine based on price and location. My main complaint is I never received room service one time. I stayed here for five nights. I had to ask for new towels, and I asked twice for room service and never received it. Due to this, I will not stay here again.

Hotel was in a perfect location , great coffee service every morning. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt at home and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Waikiki.

Room smelled moldy and reception tried to charge me for the room even after showing them the receipt where I had already paid everything outside of the resort fee.
