The woman who checked me in made my frown into a smile I needed a late night booking and she processed everything in perfect timing asked me did I need closer parking because I mentioned my children are waiting in the car I was checked in in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for the Great experience.

Customer service was terrible. Front desk service was nothing but rude when we woke up the next morning trying to get our car keys out of the HOLE in the nightstand next to our bed.
