I'd booked the handicapped room so that my currently wheelchair bound husband could get in the shower only to find the only difference between the normal rooms and this one was the shower was a walk in. No shower chair, I couldn't borrow a pool chair to clean him because of "policy" so I had to improvise which was frustrating.
