Front desk people were amazing. Hotel generally very nice but lots of street noise

Checked into room temp of room 76 degrees, turned hit off left room came back midnight room was 75 degrees. Turned on A/C with 72 cool temp, wake up completely nasal and temp still 76 (picture upload) . Hotel apologized and didn’t charge destination fee. I would request complete refund.
