Fantastic location. Good service. Annoying resort fee tacked on, free drink coupons that were difficult to use given the limited hours the bar is open. Basic, but best price on Nob Hill.

The hotel is gorgeous. Its location is so convenient. And the staff are so chill. It is my new favorite SF hotel.

Third time stayed here. Every time they had elevator issues. Wait times are ridiculous. Valet upset because I couldn’t tip as their atm was broken. Very awkward being ask for a tip as well.
