Room layout was extremely inconvenient — impossible to use the closet without moving a very heavy chair. But the bed was comfy, room was clean, and front desk staff made the experience enjoyable. Also loved the Cafe.

The shower head was broken to only spray out of the shower, hitting whoever turned it on. The mattresses trap heat. Housekeeping banged on our door at 7am, waking us up, asking to ask what time we would check out. It was a disappointing stay.
