Staff was super nice and room was impeccable! The only downside was we tried to get drinks before dinner at both bars onsite. We were told we had to wait 45 minutes to even stand at the bar even though we were guests. Other than that everything was great!

Great location, walking distance to Copley, Back Bay restaurants and Beacon Hill. Street Bar and Contessa are a must try! Rooms are beautiful with great views of the city.
