Staff was very attentive in resolving a booking mishap. Facilites pristine, renovated & antique marble lobby above its peers. Highly recommended for seasoned travelers that demand quality in the details. Grazie mille a tutti.

The room decor looks tired and needs updating. Plus our sofa upholstery was torn. As frequent visitors, we see the interior needs a refresh.

Room was not cleaned properly. Used q tip on bathroom floor. Empty water bottle left outside the door. Altogether disappointing. Bathtub didn’t drain properly either.
