Well I had a room but they were able to change my room due to finding something that I shouldn’t have in the room but they slightly upgraded me , I think even though the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable they need to do better with cleaning the rooms which housekeeping needs to do better with that, other then that it was fine .

The Michaelangelo is a fabulous hotel. large rooms, with antiques lining the hallways. Plus the staff of above great.

Someone woke me up trying to open my door when I only had a few hours to sleep, it took me a while to fall back to sleep again
