Housekeeping staff was great but we had to call TJ get the room cleaned, they would take long to come, or just wouldn’t come at all.

Registration Table said all rooms were fully booked at 4:15 when I reserved a room an hour ago. The ladies downstairs gave me false information so I had to panic and create a new reservation somewhere else.
