Everything was lovely, including the service. The only thing that I did not like was the shower. mind you, it was a beautiful bathroom, but the only issue was the water was warm. It wasn’t hot. It was very warm almost cold…& especially being cold in Chicago currently, I did not appreciate that at all but other than that 7/10.

I think I got upgraded to a suite, which was really nice and made it extra luxurious and relaxing for my short work trip!
