The location was incredibly convenient. The service (check-in and housekeeping) were great. And the bed was quite cozy. I’ll book here again.

The room was great, and the waterfall shower was superb. The bed was extremely comfortable. There's no room or bar service as listed, and the rooftop area was closed. All in all, I had a great time.

The guest service desk was very rude and did not care to allow us to leave or get a refund due to us wanting to leave because the hotel and room smelled of smoke and marijuana. Terrible service and host. Will never stay here ever. I left after check in to stay elsewhere. Horrible experience.
