Stunning historic building with beautiful and comfortable modern rooms. The staff is excellent and the location is perfect. I will absolutely continue to stay here when I’m in Chicago.

I think this hotel has seen better days. Room was fine, but nothing special at all. Location wasn’t ideal for distance to the best stuff. Bartender at the restaurant was literally the unfriendliest human being I’ve ever encountered. Broken equipment in the gym. I won’t stay here again.
