Facilities were good and everything was as advertised. What’s worth talking about was the ease of getting things done relating to the staff/driver. They (Magda et al) also made my son’s experience super special. I come often and don’t usually go the hotel route, but would consider staying there again! Thanks!

It was a trying time, to have all flights out of Chicago cancelled and so many people needing hotel rooms, but the front desk staff members at the hotel were all so kind and accommodating. It was much appreciated!
