bed was a little soft and the walls were thin/poor noise control. staff were friendly and location was perfect. thank you for the room upgrade!

We love Lark Hotels for their design, comfort, locations, and relatively sane prices. This is a new addition and there were some glitches in service (missed housekeeping, no warm water for a while). Staff addressed everything, more or less.

I wasn’t greeted or welcomed warmly when I arrived. I was shown a finger to signal me to wait while the receptionist did something on her computer. This doesn’t happen at other hotels I’ve stayed at.
