The checkin was horrible, they don’t have self check in and Fridays is their worst day to check in , it took a hour & a half to check in my room!!

Telephone didn’t work & ottoman at end of bed was torn in the room upon arrival- returned to front desk for assistance change location- the agent Tekila, was implying if we caused the problem- very insulting. Our first time at this location was referred by friends.
