the reception desk fellow that checked me in was excellent, so helpful and courteous, breakfast was a 10, all was fantastic, plan to stay here next time in area

Do not stay here. The hotel rooms are disgusting. Filthy floors, hallways smell like marijuana. The entire property is in complete disrepair. Do yourself a favor and book next-door at Hyatt House. I literally left in the middle of my stay. Marriott gave up on this property a long time ago and sold it recently. What a travesty.
