Room had no tv and they switched the room and gave me a room with a strong smell and on top of that the front desk lady said according to the manager she won’t be able to switch my room a third time if anything else happens….. I paid my my fucking money I better have the best room you got or give me back my fucking money I’ll go somewhere else
