Great location. Lovely people. Allowed me to check in early. Hotel is undergoing much needed renovation so there was some construction noise but for the price it’s good.

This is always a family favorite. The service is quick, kind. Very receptive to anything we ask of them. Centrally located in an easy walk to West End, Yaletown, Gastown, etc.

Stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time our room had the weirdest balcony, it was a single push door balcony and the balcony was so small you couldnt go out on it because the door was in the way. Also adjoining room and the people in the next room kept trying to open the door.
