My room wasn’t ready at check in time and it created a SNAFU but the service reps all around were very accommodating! Thanks! I extended my stay one night because of the comfort!

Staff was lovely a few rude table staff members at the casino but the rest was amazing me and kids had fun

I like the hotel but room was terrible, not at all like the pictures in the profile, there was maintenance and power tools taking place on the elevator right across from the room all night, got no sleep. This should not be ranked solid. Makes me question the validity of the hotel being offered on the service.
