The hotel was a great deal, especially for the prime location. So close to CP & natural history museum. They told me I could get a king at check in & then when I got there they said it’d be an additional $40.?! Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Brought extra towels & meticulous cleaning.

Was charged additional 188 then 38 after my charges for the room. No late checkout no damage to room. Trying to sort it out.
