Rooms and staff were exceptional. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely spectacular, from bussers to runners to waitresses to management and food, top shelf!

Amazing stay, the design is exquisite. The staff is top tier and you can’t go wrong with plenty of free bottled water, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in so far. In heart of everything on sunset Blvd in West Hollywood what more can you ask for?

Wallpaper peeling, counter sagging, they attempted to renovate the hotel but it was done poorly in my room which was on the 11th floor :(
