The room was wonderful and the views were gorgeous. They had all of the amenities we needed as a family with small children. A cute setting in the Lakes region to enjoy fall colors! We hope to come back.

1st got to address and had to go to different building to check in. Then finally got there and was told had no record of booking. Then once said did it thru hotelnow was treated like a 2nd class citazen. Check in process took almost a hour. Then charged over $50 on top of what already paid
