Bed was comfortable, located in a safe area, easy on-off freeway, clean, everyone that worked there was great!

AC / heater unit way too noisy. Could not get the room to a good temperature and keep it there. Either too hot or too cold all night. Bed very comfortable. Large sticky spot in the center of our bedroom carpet that we could not see and so we kept accidentally stepping on it.
