So clean and quiet, the lobby and rooms were stunning! So artsy, and I enjoyed having a cocktail in the hotel bar. Will definitely make this a regular stay when I’m in Chicago.

Loved this hotel for its location and room was spacious and clean. They charged us extra for some reason and we still need to get a refund but that was the main issue. There's also self parking for $20 cheaper very close by so don't bother with the valet!

Fantastic check-in with an upgraded room: love The Gray, this is the only hotel we stay at in the city…can’t wait to be back soon!
