Service wasn’t geeat. Room keys didn’t work. At checkout was given the wrong luggage. Long wait at front desk

the bed was very hard . They wrote down the wrong room number and customers were already in the room they sent us to. No free breakfast. One of the front desk clerk with red hair was racist. The room floor had scuff marks on it. Looks like they don't clean it.
