This hotel is incredible the hotel staff is amazing!
BUT....the bar / restaurant staff are constantly some of the rudest people that I have EVER come across (not in a cool way). Interaction with them is truly an experience. Don't let that bring you down, hotel is cool and many other places to spend on food/drink.

They couldn’t find our room, the checkin clerk had little to no support from management, there were hiccups but we got into a room finally.

OMG! i love this place it’s so comfy and cute. It feels like you’re staying in someone’s home. The furniture is so beautiful curated. It is cozy and sweet check in was fast and easy. I can’t wait to stay here again!
