Absolutely loved our stay. The lady at the front desk at check in was a darling. Loved the prime location and amenities. I'll look here first when staying in the city next time.

The check in was great. They upgraded me. But the room service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Rude staff. Ruined my whole day. I would never stay here again
