There was a beautiful girl with braids at the reception area, who said the same comment to every single person. She was very thorough and she got everything in and very friendly without sounding robotic. I could tell she enjoyed her job or at least she pretended she did because I felt very welcome, the room was great.

Landscaping was not good. Looks abandoned. The pool is not open which made the kids unhappy. Room and service were great.

Rude front desk clerk. of the few snacks for sale- many were out of date. I understand they were undergoing renovations but kindness and hospitality would have gone a long way. Would not stay again. Would not recommend.
