Breakfast ended too early at 9am. So we didn't get breakfast.

Television set did not work. Offered Hyatt points or food from the restaurant. Claims they were booked and could not offer another room. Even though 10 minutes earlier they were going to give us another style room. Pretty sure they knew the tv in the room we received at discount didn’t work. Front desk guy named Kyle.
