I booked a room with two beds for my daughter’s birthday sleepover & unfortunately had to utilize a let out couch to compensate for the 2nd bed. My face broke out & body was extremely itchy so I did not get a good nights sleep. Also, the room did not have a working telephone nor tv remote {luckily switching the batteries around worked}.
