room was good. Morning front desk lady was rude. breakfast was to be at 0600 but she got upset and said no it's ar 0630. very rude and unpleasant

This place is great! I really don’t understand the haters. This place has full size bathtubs (unlike Aloft for 100 dollars more a night) Staff is super helpful and it’s very close to downtown Mountain View’s Castro street which has a ton of restaurants and shopping. The room I’m staying in is fantastic, don’t why people shat on this in reviews

The room was dirty and not well maintained. Broken towel hook, poor patch job….the desk/table was old. The carpet needed cleaning. Pros: good location, good service at front desk
