The location was gorgeous. Beautiful mountain backdrop sits behind the amazing pool area. The staff is extremely helpful. Recommend getting a king size bedroom with Mountain View’s to fully experience all this hotel has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

It is marketed as a luxury wellness sanctuary but instead we were met with broken toilet paper holders, broken outlets, broken bed frame, broken toilet, flooding inside the room from the monsoon and it is severely understaffed (no maintenance man available for repairs, no concierge there to make accommodations, no wellness activities provided).
