They went above and beyond to make this a special experience for my fiancé and I! I had just said yes to the dress, and they upgraded us to the family suite at no cost. I’ve stayed here multiple times now and love coming back!!

Nice clean room and lovely cafe and location so close to Riverside Drive as well as Central Park etc etc

Requested a mini fridge 3 times. Never arrived. Forced To throw away $130 worth of food. Also very slow service to help with bags. Seems understaffed for that. Front desk attendants were great as is live jazz in hotel restaurant. Also breakfast is only pastries and drinks. Nothing healthy at all.
