Everyone was great. The check-in and checkout were phenomenal. Franklin was amazing at driving and recommending places to dine.

Valet service when we left was a mess. Waited for the car for over 20 minutes. Finally brought our truck and parked it on the street. We had to load our things as cars swerved around us. Not the best situation.
