Victor at the front desk was so sweet and informative! Loved the comfortable downstairs lobby/bar and cool and relaxed rooftop bar/restau scene. Great location and best part was the friendly service from all the staff.

The towels in my room had hair on them and when I got out the shower I dry myself off, both towels had a ton of lint and hair that got on my body. The AC in the room also wasn’t working and it was extremely hot in my room the entire stay. The vents were blowing hot air that smelled like sewage.
