Lamar at the check-in desk was the picture of what perfect customer service looks like! He accommodated our request to change rooms after being put next to noisy neighbors. He didn’t make us feel bad in any way for requesting a change. I would stay at this hotel 100 times over after our experience this weekend. Thanks Lamar!
