È un hotel piuttosto vecchio ma perfetto se si fa un breve soggiorno data la sua posizione. L'Heathrow Express vi porta lì con la massima facilità.

Ottimo hotel in tutto per posizione e comfort. Personale cordiale e disponibile. A 15 minuti da LHR. Belle e spaziose camere nella Torre. Ottima colazione a buffet, ristorante aperto fino a tardi, bar/lounge. Facile prendere un taxi di fronte. Così tanto in zona.

La camera era insopportabilmente calda. Mi è stato assicurato che sarebbe stato riparato centralmente prima di andare a letto. Non lo era e il termostato suggeriva che fosse 27,8 gradi C, anche se non era poi così caldo. Alla cassa, l'addetto alla reception ha detto che avrebbe menzionato il direttore. Vorrei avere una risposta. Spero che questo hotel altrimenti buono faccia un gesto…
