Ottimo hotel, camera e posizione (proprio di fronte a Hyde Park e a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Queensway)

La stanza originale puzzava come se qualcuno avesse fumato sigarette accese per 24 ore. L'odore era così cattivo che ho dovuto chiedere un cambio di stanza. La stanza era pronta molto dopo l'orario di check-in previsto, alle 15:00. Anche l'ascensore era rotto, quindi le 6 valigie che io e il mio amico avevamo dovuto trascinare su e giù per le scale.
