Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, ma non ci hanno potuto dare una stanza con 2 letti. Alla reception ci hanno promesso di portare un letto mobile, ma non è mai arrivato. Quando lo abbiamo chiesto, ci hanno detto: "Oh sì, non ne abbiamo uno". Avrei scelto un altro hotel se fossero stati più trasparenti.
