The room was clean, the bed was super comfy. Great location, only blocks away from Columbus Circle. The front desk was pleasant and accommodating. Their checkout is at 12:00 which is an hour later than most other hotels in the city.

The hot water did not work and the room had a horrible septic smell. The told me the elevators were slow but it was so bad I ended up walking down and up 22 flights. I feel like I deserve a refund and you should take this off your offerings.
