Had a pleasant, no-nonsense stay. The only comment I have is the skim milk at the breakfast bar was sour /spoiled so they shouldn’t have served that. Hope they take it away before somebody gets sick.

front desk were so nice. hotel rooms and lobby are clean and cool. Diamond in the rough . deep in oakland Chinatown.

Rude desk, could t find my check in, “portal issue”. Asked for complimentary water while waited, desk directed me towards the drinking fountain. Bad customer service
