Spacious updated bathroom. No funky smell. Clean. Check in was easy and friendly. On-Ramp to Downtown Houston or Beltway 8 is right there when you leave parking lot. Breakfast was VERY good! Cannot say enough about this hotel. For $73, NO BRAINER!

first room assigned had little gnats flying around. Next one switched to had large area of rug near aircondtion soaked. Informed reception and was told it was from the aircondtion.
