Lovely hotel in a quiet, clean and safe area of London with good connections to the city centre. Service was excellent too - I’d only booked a standard room but enquired if it was possible to have a waterfront view which they did without hassle or charge and it included a comfy king-size bed.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Ria, the lovely bartender, was so warm and makes a killer Cosmo. Love the mission of the hotel and the way it’s designed. Area is quiet aside from the planes but otherwise great view, very accessible to the Underground, and overall lovely stay!

I have been charged an extra £25 on my card. I was told at checkout that the £30 deposit will be returned to me. Please check this. The staff had upgraded us free of charge because of the noise due to a fashion show event in the lobby area and disturbance it was causing
